This project begins where most people would walk away. Every bolt comes out. Every bracket is stripped. Every wheel, caliper, fork tube, and fairing panel is dragged back from years of abuse. Paint is chemically burned off. Corrosion is scraped away. Bearings are cleaned and packed with fresh grease. Frames are realigned. Surfaces are primed and coated like they’re heading back to the factory floor. Nothing is rushed. Nothing is skipped.
